Zeus549,
Good for you, but may i suggest you contact the sec again & have them include Regulation S-X, Regulation C, & Regulation S-K. The reason these will be helpful is in a form-10 there are 15 item's that need to be answered in the registration statement like; business, financial info, properties, security ownership of certain beneficial owners & management,directors & executive officers, executive compensation,etc.
For example;
Item 1. Business
Furnish the information required by item 101 of Regulation S-K(§229.101 of this chapter)

So as you can see by my real life example, a form 10 by itself will not help you much.
IMO this filing by JAWS is so overdue it's not funny. Like most all gov't forms this has a OMB #, also, estimated average burden hours per response..110. I guess they haven't had 110 spare hours since...wasn't that an April pr announcing that they filed?????

Zeus,

When you talk to them (SEC) ask what all the stipulations and requirements are on the submitting company. Like how quick can they make public the fact they filed, when can they announce the information released on it, such as is it subject to SEC review before it can be made public, if so, how long does review take, etc. It is my understanding (though it may be incorrect) that once sub,itted they may not announce it or release info, effectively a gag order, until it is reviewed, any questions answered and it is accepted by the SEC. As I understand this time period could take from 30 days to 6 months depending upon what questions the SEC has, if any.
