Dell and the other tech. stocks have to find a base. If something goes wrong, it's another excuse to sell.

received Dressaurer's newsletter yesterday. he's been consistent in calling bottoms in the market since the late 1970s. he states that Dow 9300 was no mistake; "Today's global crisis is not resource-oriented. It is all about money, capital and debts. These are all human creations...". interesting views to say the least. "...Don't buy the pessimists' fears...most of us say we will be happy to bet back where we were before July 17, 1998, when the stock slide began. Don't settle for that. Economists estimate that global growth will be down to 2%, maybe less, in 1999. But that is right where we were in 1993! That is the same level of global growth we had for 25 years (1968-93), all through the 1970s and 1980s, before the fall of Communism in 1989-90."

Buffett's interview in Outstanding Investor Digest (newsest issue) is also still mildly bullish on the markets in general
