I don't know what the projected production dates are for 21264 but there are full speed systems around at various places (such as MSFT). I assume yields and tuning of the speed curve would be the issues at this point. Intel can certainly handle those problems for CPQ <G>!

Don't know price either, since there is curently no external market for these chips. Not cheap would be my guess.
