To all:

If you haven't visited the Hilton Petroleum website, I suggest you do. Back in May, drilling began in East Lost Hills, California. Since then, a tight hole status was implemented by the working interest partners. This was back in July as they reached a depth of 14,900 feet. At this time, "the first zone of interest was expected to be encountered in the next 1,000 feet." The well is scheduled to be drilled to a depth of 18,500 feet.

There is a funky animation, along with maps and other information, available on the website but you need Flash 3 to view it:

Check out the rest at:

We're getting close and the volume and price appreciation of late has given me renewed hope and dare I say, a reason to get excited.

Good luck to all.

ps. SOG at 0.55 now...looking good.

What's that in the air? Is that the smell of hydrocarbons? I love the smell of hydrocarbons in the morning!

According to Gord Currie of Canaccord (Richland Pete update), the East Lost Hills well is two weeks or so away from Target Depth.

It seems there may be some rumours spreading around due to the surgence of stock prices in related companies. POU - TSE, BKP - TSE, RLP -TSE, ELK - TSE, KOB - TSE, WML - TSE.... Oh, last but not least.... SOG!

I haven't seen anything like this for a long time. Keep the faith.
