Shoe, Thanks for the post. I guess what I like about the latest press release is that there was "less" fluff as compared to previous press releases. In addition, TCBG actually named an Auditor - Seidman.
TCBG stated that the books were to be audited. The first step in this process is to name an auditor. If the so called "complainers" are looking to hold down the stock price as they accumulate and or drive down the stock price to arrive at a better entry price - all they have to do is re-post TCBG press releases! (LOL)

To Charlie Fielder,

"Do you work for TCBG?"

"Think you have a part in Race Car promotion! It is just a bit suspicious that you became a member of SI on Aug. 11th, 1998 and like racing."

I like racing. I admit that. I was born in California but grew up in Indianapolis. Infact, I grew up in walking distance to the Indianapolis Motor speedway and saw many races. I was 12 years old when I took the family station wagon around the track.

I work for the Charlotte Coliseum through Liesure Operations. Liesure Operations is more or less a city/state onwed catering outfit that handles those buildings that are tax payer funded like the Coliseum, Convention Center etc. etc.. I also work for Speedway Motorsports through a subsidiary called Finish Line Events. Finish Line Events is the catering outfit that caters all the tracks owned/contracted out by Speedway Motorsports.

At present, I only work the racing events hosted at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. I'm employed as an Area Manager in charge of what is known as Hospitality Village II. As Calvary indicated in a previous post, these are the so called VIP Tents.

I worked the IRL race hosted in Charlotte. As we all know, Robbie Unser was injured and "did not" partake in this race. There were "no" VIP Tents for TCBG or Wal-Mart. If there was, I would have been the one responsible for catering them.

It is my understanding that Wal-Mart is flipping the "sponsorship" bill, however, I have no confirmed/direct information to this extent.

In regards to Race Car Promotions, I'm not involved in any promotions but plan/hope to make a move into this area. Infact, what an idea. I will write TCBG and offer my services. If TCBG is involved with the IRL next season, what better way to promote the package than to invite a bunch of kids to the race, meet the driver, serve lunch, and have them drink juices from the TCBG package! Buying block seats, ordering a tent, contracting the food and beverage are "expensive" propositions. As such, lets hope that Wal-Mart flips that bill! Trust me. It is less expensive to sponsor a race team then to feed a bunch of guests and treat them to a race!

In closing, I became a member of SI due to the fact that this is where the discussions were taking place. I opted to spend $200 to become a lifetime member for no other reason then to be able to participate on this board regarding TCBG. I fail to see the significance of August 11 as meaning anything. August 12, however, is my birthday. I do like racing. But I also like football, baseball, basketball, hocky and chess. As for getting my money back on becoming a member of SI. I'm satisfied that a few posts of mine sparked others to do greater due dilligence and as a consequence, I and others have become better informed. You too damn it. So what is the complaint? Am I touting this stock and or am I just giving my opinion? If you have an opinion that differs, present it. Post it. As for my opinions, I hope others pick out the faults in conclusions drawn and point toward other things to consider.

To close, I obviously have some free time today. I think my time is better spent researching stocks like TCBG than to respond to such statements like "Do you work for TCBG?", "Think you have a part in the Race Car promotion!". "It is just a bit suspicious that you became a member of SI on Aug. 11th, 1998." And why? Because I stated that I viewed TCBG naming an Auditor as a positive event? Can someone explain to me where naming an auditor is a bad thing?

We need better information to arrive at better opinions. We all have agenda's. That is to make a profit whether long, short, and or a trader of stocks. I have no problems with full disclosure. I'm one of those rare posters who don't give a damn and outside of posting an opinion now and then - my objective is D&D! As for your post, you raised some concerns abd asked a few questions. I have two posts in response. If there are any remaining concerns, please post again and or e-mail me to voice/address such concerns.
