One thing that I find puzzling is just who would relinquish their shares (sell) to buyers at this point in time at the mostly level prices that we have been seeing. Over the last two years, the stock has been lower to flat, so there are little to no profits to gain by selling. The company is in a position that either they make it with an exciting new product or they disappear off the map. If a seller thinks they are going to disappear, they should liquidate quickly while the price is above zero. If a stockholder believes the battery is on the cusp of mass production, they should hang on tightly.

Who dribbles the shares out to the small buyers at essentially level prices? Does anyone have a feel for such things?
