Hi NT:AOL 97 3/4! Down from 107 1/2 this morning. Why the sell off? Is it due to concerns about YAHOO earnings announcement tomorrow or what?!

Was it a coincidence that AOL's CEO Steve Case and Vice President Miles Gilburne both registered to sell their combined 500,000 shares of AOL's stock, the day after the SEC's ruling?

Was it a coincidence that Goldman Sachs, Mr. Gilburne.s broker, was the broker last week that crossed the 1,000,000 shares of AOL at almost 3 points below the previous close of $114?
