To anyone: I wish, like Neal, I could say I've been away on a great vacation while all this has occurred, but like most of you, I've just sat and watched it happen. These days, in fact, I'm not really watching much anymore. Thus, my request is, can someone fill me in, in lay terms, on what exactly is transpiring with this latest release and what it means to us little folks.

Henry: I stated my opinion. I believe that this is such a major event that shareholder approval is necessary. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. JLA
