Zenith acquisition has nothing to do with the old Zenith. Nor does the conversion of preferred into common suggest it will be sold soon. It merely puts all holders on the same level. Some of the assumptions here are funny, but incorrect. The md shareholders will not be able to sell for at least a certain period after ther merger happens, which means some time next spring at the earliest. Nothing to worry about, especially given the dynamics being discussed on the cc right not.

Can anyone tell me my why zitl would pay 80+ million for a company that has less than 5 mill in revenue through 1998. That's 25x sales
Also, how is Zitl paying for Matridigm. With new shares? What happens to the short interest of 5.5 million shares with the tax-free exchange into the new Matridigm? Do they need to be covered?
