Given past PRs, doesn't RNTK have to announce this deal the moment the ink is dry or for that matter the moment negotiations break down? I suppose even the PR will have to go through TX legal but eventually, RNTK would have to at least do a PR that says a deal is signed - details will be forthcoming.

If this was done there would inevitably be leaks and the price would rise. But in the last 5 days it has dropped about 15% - ergo, the deal has not been done.
