Another question/viewpoint...

Could there be the possibility that RNTK is also negotiating with another oil concern in terms of maybe getting a better deal than the proposed agreement between TX and RNTK? Is that why the announcement is taking longer here? I know from what I have read that RNTK has been talking with others too.

Anybody? I would imagine if RNTK's technology is so acclaimed that other oil concerns have maybe put their so-called foot in the door before any major announcement with TX.

Just speculation...?

Are you folks really surprised that we haven't heard anything from the RNTK camp? TMEX's dinner guests have nothing to do with TEX's ability to execute a deal. The ball IS in Texaco's court, and HAS been.

RNTK management has said nothing other than that. They have been genuine in their beliefs and their statements. Everyone here has been desperate to read between the lines of every post, every conference and every press release.

RNTK's motivation for near term prediction..? When have you read, in print, a near term prediction from anyone? Most of the near-term predictions have come from folks posting here. Much of the short term prediction have purportedly come from Mark, a talking head from IV, who has hedged every statement he has given.

Rumor has become fact here, and we've factored this nonsense into the thread and to the perceived value of the stock. RNTK is worth something because of its valuable intellectual property. Not because of some soon-to-be-inked deal(s). Give this stock a year.

The upcoming conference is valuable because it exposes RNTK technology to a broader audience. Who cares if a deal is announced now? Do you really want that sonic boom to be drowned out now by this market?

It's not Yak and RNTK making the predictions, it's other people claiming that Yak told them, etc. So far there has been zero (0), accuracy to these claims. Just because we want to believe, there is no reason to believe these individuals have any more access to inside knowledge than they have had in the past when they made such claims. My suggestion is to give it a rest until something real happens.
