That post does not come across as honest.

If these bashers are tied in with the defendants, than they have access to the actual copies and are not desperate for copies their supposed bosses would have. You in fact are not withholding any information from them, but are from the lurkers who are not members of SI and cannot post and do not have pm priveldges. These shareholders are the ones that you would in fact be hurting by denying them the priveldge of having easy access to the "real" documents.

Something is very wrong.
