deke, it is obvious to me that they have some sort of capacity problem in the early morning. I do not believe it to be any more nefarious than that. If it were more, the problems would exist throughout the day, rather than being confined to a specific period of time in the early morning. Regardless, I have closed my positions and withdrawn all but a token amount of money. It looks like I will be going with JPR Capital next. They offer comparable commissions to Datek. Barb
