SONY HIFI WEBSITE UP AND RUNNING!!!

Remember that link to the Sony HiFi domain I found the other day? Well...

IT'S UP AND RUNNING.

Let's tally up the sequence of events...First, I find that link.

Yesterday, Fuji issues a press release saying they will ship 200MB HiFi discs at "The End of November."

Now, Sony's dedicated 200MB HiFi website IS UP AND RUNNING.

sony-hifd.com

**the HiFi site appears to be still under construction. The low-level version did not appear to be running yet. You need Shockwave Flash to view the running portion of the site.

Can you put two and two together? I know I can. I fully expect Sony to announce that Comdex 98 will be the official rollout of 200MB HiFi. The marketing muscle that Sony has at its fingertips is astounding. And Iomega is going to feel the full force of a Tsunami named HiFi.

IOM $2 real soon. Sooner than even I expected.
