Wes, Please! Pull your head out of your ass. Where do you come off? Why don't you show me all my criminal actions? 1. Did not write checks to myself 2. I did not put stock in my name without paying for it 3. I was not involved in fleecing the company 4. Nor am I the person who will not let the company be saved. So Wes, take off your blinders and get a breath of air. No one wants this company to make it more then me. So you want to blame, place the blame where it belongs. L

Wes, The issue at hand is that this company is going down the toilet and as I understand things Joe Lanza has not had direct involvement for a period of time. His actions prior to his ouster may have some impact on the current status of Airstar, however he is not responsible for the current actions of management. That seemingly is the issue, i.e.: current management's actions. He may have helped to get the company in a hole but the current management seems incapable of getting it out of that whole either through incompetence or attempting too Herculean a task. Joe Lanza has repeatedly stated that the required SEC filings would not be forthcoming and to date I have not seen any thing that would indicate that he is wrong. Have they been filed? John Sparks. PS: which definition of Knave are you choosing to use? The choice is yours.
