I want to see the deal signed as much as anyone, but we've seen these predictions, usually made by the same people who claim insider knowledge, fail over and over. Back in March these people claimed that TX and RNTK would be announcing the deal at the energy conference in New Orleans, didn't happen. Ever since then they keep setting dates, which pass, and a new date, based on a new rumor is substituted. I'm just relating facts here, time after time the dates set by "friends of YAK" come and go. It seems silly to me to go on jumping with every new prediction. If these people really had the connections they claim, they wouldn't have been wrong all these times. It'll happen when it happens. I guess if they keep setting new dates, sooner or later they will be right, even if the date is two years from now, (not a prediction), then they will flood the thread with self congratulations about how they knew it all along, and how smart they are.
