SI I need to ask what are the value added purposes of these mean spirited posts by JHP? Are they allowed because laughing at people who have losses in a company they have researched and invested in is part of SIs' concept of an open forum? I believe that the posts here on this thread are indicative of all active threads around SI.

To me, I think banning people who have contributed to the very fabric of what you designed this site to be is a tragedy. Raliegh, Elk, Ray, Martin the list goes on. I have had it up to here (pointing to my forehead) with the inability or unwillingness of the host company to intervene and remove individuals like JHP, VS etc.. Sure you can say, than do not participate here. My answer to that is I own the stock that is on topic here. If everyone leaves that has an interest than those that degregate my holdings can be doing me harm. In fact I submit ( although weakly) that those that can not represent their extensive knowledge here are in essence at the mercy of the ability of these professionals to rip and distort the outlook of the company they hold. Are you liable for such things? obviously not or it would never have happened. Sometimes being liable and being responsible are to separate things.

Soap box derby is over

Only losers like yourself, lose when you sell. Don't sell, don't lose.
Pretty ingenious concept, whot? :)
I expect CD to keep spiraling down down down into the abyss. Look at what it did today on a whopping 9 million shares, down again. I see it going down to the 2 or 3 dollar range.
