To many variables it would only lead to speculation, Maybe the question should be why is it that after such a bad news release (for me it wasn't since I feel they did the right thing) major buying seems to be coming into this stock............. As I said before for myself nothing has changed with regards to the Russian Report or the Kilborn Report. From my understanding the country has already received 60 Million from the IMF and the workers in regards to the summer program are working daily on the site. The drilling is about to commence so that a feasibility report can be concluded. My next issue as far as I am concerned with IKAR is when they plan on becoming a reporting company. For myself I think that will be addressed when the feasibility study is concluded. Again just sharing my thoughts as always call the company before you invest in anything.
