I will defer that question to you, oh trade master. When, in your humble opinion will CCUR break $3. You should consult your charts, consider volume and trend lines as well as which market makers are on the bid or ask. That would be valuable information if you end up right with your call. I doubt you will pick the day + or - two days. I doubt that I could pick the day within + or - 5 days. I am just very confident it will happen. Sit and watch. If it doesn't happen, then I am wrong. Based on my work, the chances of that are very slim.
