Frank, will DRIV be reporting sometime in October? QE is 9/30 right? Any target date for expected earnings release? Thanks

I agree that no reaction to the CFO resigning was a good? sign. I'm still counting on this stock to move quickly when DRIV does. DRIV should hit $20 in the next 12 mo or so. That should put TSQD at around $4 at least. TSQD may actually pull an earnings surprise in there too. Revs have continued to grow, albeit slowly.

Hard not to buy at these prices:

Even at TSQD=20% of DRIV, buying TSQD at $1 should be like buying DRIV at ~$5 (fair at this point to set TSQD's value alone at $0.0). An internet earnings rally if YHOO beats estimates tomorrow afternoon (which may actually show a PROFIT - see MarketWatch) is good for DRIV. What happens if DRIV hits $10 again, and TSQD is still $1? TSQD will essentially be selling half price DRIV shares. I'm really disappointed that TSQD has made no announcements regarding their plans for their DRIV shares. I say give 'em to the TSQD share holders!!! 1 DRIV share for every 5 TSQD shares owned, IN ADDITION to our TSQD shares (since their worth is questionable to begin with). Anybody else agree with this idea? If so, let's tell the new CFO when he/she is announced. In the meantime, TSQD is awfully hard to pass up, especially if YHOO surprises again tomorrow.
