I don't know what your meaning of condone is; but when people say they didn't have any problem with what that guy did in shooting the abortion doctor; that to me is condoning. When they say; Well, he never should have been there"; that is condoning. I've sat around people that quote all the same Bible stuff you do and then they condone a murderer. I'm not making this up; I witnessed these people in large numbers. If you don't think fellow Christian's condone that in a significant number, you just aren't asking people about it.

Enjoy your posts!!

You comment mainly on the love of our Lord, not the negativity that so many promote. It's just hard for many to see that because of that love, we find it hard to not share. After all, if something we say could cause someone to think/read/question & believe, how great a sharing that would be. Guess we just have to take the scorn of hundreds to find one willing to discuss and maybe rethink.

To bad that many of us are thought to be criticizing and condemning THOSE who don't believe as we do, rather than ACTIONS we believe are wrong.. Guess that's why many like Johnathan seem to think of all Christians as the stereotype they've built in their minds.

We say the Lord loves them, and they take it as a criticism of their lives--rather than as someone caring enough to want to share the Greatest gift they could ever receive.
