Why do you keep making all of these claims but not backing up anything you say? I'll tell you why, it's because you are lying through your teeth. You can't back anything up. that is when games begun rico! federal court have no jurisdicton over dtc until they are named in suit. court say if dtc not work with aznt lawyer will serve and add dtc to suit. dtc say they will take away freeze if aznt have pr that says stock in dtc is freetrading! lololol ! i think dtc will say no today and will be named in suit. they will be served and will deliver stock by demand only. Sheer madness! You really don't seem to have much of an idea how the law works. Listen to me: the court has said nothing whatsoever to the DTC. It has no right or reason to do so. If Courtroom Mike tries to sue 'em, I suspect he'll be very sorry, though perhaps not quite as sorry as AZNT shareholders. i think dtc will say no today and will be named in suit. they will be served and will deliver stock by demand only. Which, of course, is what they normally do. Ahh, though I think I see (forgive me, I'm not really used to dealing with people on your level): you mean that the DTC will deliver stock on Mikey's demand, right? And so we return to the vexed question: why does the DTC not want to do that? What do they feel is wrong here? Do they believe that Mike isn't really owed these shares, isn't to be trusted with 'em, or what? Enquiring minds want to know.
