spideymart why did you start making so many grammar mistakes in your postings? You were dumb when you first joined SI but I don't recall you being this dumb.

Why do you keep making all of these claims but not backing up anything you say? I'll tell you why, it's because you are lying through your teeth. You can't back anything up.

How are the private placements going today?

that is when games begun rico! federal court have no jurisdicton over dtc until
they are named in suit. court say if dtc not work with aznt lawyer will serve and add dtc to
suit. dtc say they will take away freeze if aznt have pr that says stock in dtc is freetrading!
lololol ! i think dtc will say no today and will be named in suit. they will be served and will
deliver stock by demand only.

Sheer madness! You really don't seem to have much of an idea how the law works.

Listen to me: the court has said nothing whatsoever to the DTC. It has no right or reason to do so.

If Courtroom Mike tries to sue 'em, I suspect he'll be very sorry, though perhaps not quite as sorry as AZNT shareholders.

i think dtc will say no today and will be named in suit. they will be served and will deliver stock by demand only.

Which, of course, is what they normally do. Ahh, though I think I see (forgive me, I'm not really used to dealing with people on your level): you mean that the DTC will deliver stock on Mikey's demand, right?

And so we return to the vexed question: why does the DTC not want to do that? What do they feel is wrong here? Do they believe that Mike isn't really owed these shares, isn't to be trusted with 'em, or what?

Enquiring minds want to know.

>>rico today aznt has conference with creditor and owner of dtc to release freeze. they will ask dtc to deliver stock to court. <<

How did the conference go today? Did the DTC cave in to the demands of AZNT or like all the TA's did they refuse to do Mike's bidding?

>> everyone know now that meyerson call dtc to assign new guy to aznt. that is when games begun rico!<<

Got the new guy's name ? Can this be proved?

>> federal court have no jurisdicton over dtc until they are named in suit. court say if dtc not work with aznt lawyer will serve and add dtc to suit.<<

Can you explain why if the court has no jurisdiction over the DTC, that the would presume to tell DTC what to do?

>> dtc say they will take away freeze if aznt have pr that says stock in dtc is freetrading! lololol ! <<

Gee the DTC seems to understand that AZNT is trying to pull a funny here. Were they supposed to be so stupid as to remove the freeze on AZNT's say so ?

>>i think dtc will say no today and will be named in suit. they will be served and will deliver stock by demand only. <<

I agree, I think the DTC will say no... guess it will take a while now since they're being sued, right? Uh how long would you predict it will take for this "squeeze" to take effect.... something in the range of the RMIL "squeeze" ?

You've been had Spider... again.
