Actually loans do generate revenue in the form of origination fees, etc. The housing contracts do not need to be in ARET's hands for the FAMC portion to produce revenue. I realize the companies revenues are greater if they provide loans and construction, but loans alone will bring in some revenue. Check your last mortgage to see where your closing costs went, certainly not to your builder, but to the lending institution and attorneys.
