Sorry Mohan, but I don't consider this a ringing endorsement.
Sinha is hopeful of 6.5% growth. Vajpayee has decreed that
there be 6.5% growth. I haven't seen any concrete steps
they have taken to achieve this.

We will see when the time comes. Inflation is already up to 8.5.

Btw, rupee has recently gone up from 42.5 to 42.3 to the dollar.
Might be a side effect of the RIB.
