DaveB, Monday a company in same industry, CRIIMI MAE, filed for bankruptcy, taking down the stocks of NDE and other stocks in the mortgage industry

Tuesday, the other shoe dropped, and Fitch placed NDE on Rating Alert - Negative because of doubt that NDE can meet its senior obligations due to current funding environment
