Jones, President, announces that Stealth has entered into a Confidentiality Agreement with Homestake Canada Inc. ("Homestake"). Homestake is a wholly owned subsidiary of Homestake Mining Company of San Francisco. Under the terms of the agreement, Homestake will be provided with any and all proprietary information respecting Stealth's Pine Property for the purpose of permitting Homestake to evaluate the property for acquisition.
