why don't you try and get a broker. i think most people on the chat boxes like you are cheap and lose money because they don't spend a extra hundred dollars or so to be taken care of. but when they lose a thousand because of it, they don't know that it happened because they were cheap.

Ari, I don't know of any place on the net that offers quotes on unlisted bonds yet but it is not going to be to far off. From what I understand about a month ago there was an SEC directive that will require them to publish bond trading data in much the same way it is for equities. This will provide much greater transparency in bond pricing. It is not really my area so I can not give you a lot more information about it. I heard of it from a friend who is working on a related project to use the info. It will probably take awhile to be implemented but it is coming. Henry
