Ken, I believe the 7 million shares that NUOA will receive are already in the total count of 16 million shares. Remember, NUOA already owns 1 million shares of FXWA. Over 100k shares traded today. Does anyone know someone who could post level 11 for us? I would love to know how many MMs are involved here. Bloomberg shows only one trade today between dealers of 1,500 shares. The two largest transactions today were 36,500 shares at 6.25 and 10,000 shares at 6.75. Most of the trades have been at 6.75 (the ask). Ted
