Well, one would like to think, as we have this year, that increases in share counts were attributable to acquisitions. Were it only so?

But in the absence of news releases and the fact that it is the FLOAT that is increasing in size, as opposed to the restricted shares, I have to conclude the "good reason" you mention is for G&A and Overhead and whatever.

I hope your right. However isn't it more likely that is how he is paying for the accounting work???? I can live with that but it would be nice if he would let us know.
