Tom VRTS is a key watcher for a good afternoon bounce. When stocks are down on volume this high they rally often on short covering later in the day. The trouble is that many people believe that VRTS paid too much for the SEG unit they acquired (1.6 billion). Bt Alex Brown downgraded today for this reason. Also, the new combined company will compete with LGTO--so that stock is down on competitive concerns. Watching both for possible entry points here. Would be glad to hear when and at what price you get in.
