Yes, he was legitimate, but in both cases: with watching the eyes and touching the neck, he was simply picking up the inadvertent galvonic responses, like a lie detector would. You saw the fellow's eyes blink when he saw his card. It was almost a reflex. That was how he did it. Same thing with Bill's neck. There's a strong neck pulse. Bill responded when the letters were said. That's my "read" on it, but I loved it. What a wacky guy that must be to live with! Scary.

My portfolio is in need of significant magic and miracles. But I can't afford to hire him. <sigh>
