Scott, wouldn't it be nice if we could obtain further details from Judge Farnan's office, instead of relying on CAI's press release for news of Farnan's (sickening) decision? I'd like to know if this guy just rubber-stamped the Chapter 11 and disregarded our objections.

Let's stay up-to-date on the Milberg-Weiss lawsuit as well. That seems to be our only hope of getting anything out of CAI.

Scott,

I wonder how Heartland is valuating its MMDS spectrum. Could they be using the same basis as CAI (the results of the LMDS auction)? If not, this could fortify our arguments against CAI's self-assessment of the value of its channel rights. Unless, of course, it's too late... Does anyone really know?
