Mr. Lui,
As I will be unable to participate in the Conference Call I was hoping that you could see to it that the following questions were answered in detail for me and report back. Hopefully, the CC will be made available to the general investing public on a delayed basis, as I believe, it could add substantially to the investor base if possible new investors were allowed to hear management respond to pointed and pertinant questions regarding their company's present and future outlook on operations.

1) Concerning the technology: Is it AETI's own technology? If so, what patents or patents pending does it hold? If not, who is the technology liscensed from, at what cost, and is it an exclusive and renewable agreement?

2) Concerning management and corporate structure. I am led to believe that AETI Canada (Ken Andruski CEO) is where all R&D and maketing activities eminate from, yet it is AETI America (Steve Fox, President) that is traded on the NASDAQ OTC:BB: Is AETI Canada a wholly owned subsidiary of AETI, America, if so, are there any other subsidiaries worldwide? What is Mr. Fox's role in the company. Is it active or passive?

3) Does AETI manufacture its own product? If so, where are the manufacturing facilities and how many units are they currently producing on a per annum basis? If not, who produces the product for AETI with the same following question.

4) What is the timetable as to becoming fully reporting on financial statements and/or becoming compliant for NASDAQ big board listing?

5) As pertains to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) refered to in last press release. Please clarify as to whether you will be supplying product to an OEM for bundling with theirs or other products for resale,: or, whether OEM's will be contracted to mass produce your new stealth product for you for resale.

6) As pertains to new stealth product: Is this a software only security solution or will it also include your hardware application (secure encryption card) of your upper line of access denied products. If it is a software solution only, please tell us what advantages it has over existing solutions on the market...ie..price, adaptabilty, compatability, security power (code key length), user friendliness....etc.

7) You stated in your last press release that you were going to start marketing your new product (Stealth) over the Internet on your webpage, as to this I ask: When can we look forward to an updated and up to date webpage with this product for sale, also, can you tell us at this point if any wholesale or retail outlets have been approached and/or agreed to sell your product through their channels...ie...other internet computer software marketing stores, comp USA, Office Depot....etc?

8) I know this is old news, but, could you please comment in short order present number of contracts you hold, with whom, for how long, and estimated total revenues from these and, if possible, expected earnings margins to be realized from same.

9) How many employees, both full and part-time, does AETI, America, and its subsidiaries have worldwide. What percentage of these are management, marketing, R&D, manufacturing?

10) Are you presently and actively working on newer and more advanced versions of your product line so as to stay ahead of your competition in this highly competitive industry. Specifics here are not required but a general overview would be appreciated.

11) Finally, A short statement indicating that lawsuit with SKB is over with a summation of the courts ruling in your complete favor would be appreciated for assurances of all new investors listening in!

These are the most pressing issues I can think of at this time. If I think of any other questions I will post them as they come up. Thank you Mr. Lui and Mr. Yandamuri fr the fine job you are doing in communicating with us, the investors, and CFG/AETI. Please keep us informed as to the status of any upcoming news and especially when we can expect to hear the Conference Call (I hope it will be well advertised via press release). As always,

Best Wishes,
Swedelo
