JM, I agree about the good news on the buy back of the CP's. What do you intend to do with the Series F convertible preferred? There is a "buy back" provision in the agreement and after certain events occur, we intend to exercise it. I sure would like to know what the certain events are! I keep thinking the QP has to do with financing but then when I reread the press release from DCI on the QP I keeping going back to this line Joseph J. Murphy, president and CEO of DCI, stated, ''It is necessary that the Company adopt this quiet period due to certain activities being undertaken by DCI in the international arena.'' So while financing could have something (or a lot) to do with the QP, I keep thinking there is more to it. AV
