I think my prior post clarifies both Class A and B warrants so we can finally put it to rest. Also remember that even the worst case of dilution would only be 65,500 shares that Ailouros can purchase at $8.25 and I have it under good authority that REFR has bought back more than that at lower prices thereby causing 0% dilution.

I know it sounds strange since civility is lost on these boards and greed and ego tend to come to the forefront, but I hope that you and your son will look at REFR again and see that there really is a "there" there. As I have said on many occasions, it is NOT short selling or short sellers that are objectionable, often they do point out scams or bad deals for the investors. It is when they use lies or misrepresentations to dupe some poor guy into joining them, only to leave that poor guy holding the bag when big announcements DO come through and the stock moves up quickly.

So please do stay tuned for further developments, I promise you won't have NEARLY the wait us long-termers have had.
