I suggest those interested e-mail Mr. McKay with the suggestion that GPGI hire or retain a Chief Operating Officer at the earliest opportunity. A CIO would be a useful person as well, since the collection, compilation, and analysis of data coming from the production process will be essential in determining if progress is being made or if deviation is occurring from a known successful process. I have already made this suggestion to Mr. McKay but Mr. McKay seems disinterested in any entreaty I make. Perhaps he will hear and listen to a chorus.
