Your on the right track. These people made an investment in snrs and now the company is living up to the deal to register their shares. They sell I assume whenever they want or during certain windows. As to why sell? As I have said before there is only one reason to buy a stock and there are a million reasons to sell. Maybe someone in the family is sick, maybe he needs cash, maybe a tuition payment is do, maybe he justs want to diversify his holdings, and the reasons go ooooon and ooooon.
