FWIW: 1) interBet has waived their contractual rights to be the first to use WINR. Recall from last PR that it was still up in the air. interBet may be a while in getting to use WINR, so weeks to months may be best to describe when they will be using WINR. 2) WINR is basically wide open now for anyone, as would have been the case had interBet been able to get completed on St. Kitts. Like I said before, the Hurricane was that Act of God that WINR needed to get out of the deal with interBet. Imagine if interBet had continued to screw around and WINR could do nothing but sit by idle. No thanks! Now WINR is free to deal and interface and begin revenues with anyone. The pressure is much higher for WINR since there is nothing holding them back now. There are no more excuses to use here. The only thing I can say about the future is that it is open. Wide open. At some arbitrary point in the future, I will reflect on what WINR has done from this point(10/6/98) onward. It is within the last week that WINR has become "freed" from the interBet contract. We are essentially at ground zero. interBet was to be the first, but that did not pan out. We are back to square one. What time frame are you, me, we, willing to give WINR? We may not say publicly, but I am sure we will all have some agenda in our own mind. I said before 3, 6, 12 month plan to evaluate. I look forward to the news, but I will look at each point for progress. I do not expect the moon, but if I do not see some forward actions, then I shall question. Skinner and Access World are now in the light. The future is still very bright. The industry is incredible. The product is necessary. How well WINR performs is up to marketing the product and efficiently growing internally. Miller
