I did not state that Russell and McKay would be able to be on site at all times. I agree that if it is necessary, and it may very well be the case, especially after ramping up to higher levels of production, that on site supervision will be needed. In fact there is no doubt of this. You and others are waking up to the serious deficiencies in management. Management must be changed and this is what will be happening step by step. The first management change has been McKay's assumption of control of the mill operation. There must and will be other changes. There is far too much potential in this company to allow continued inadequate management to persist.
