Your ignorance is frightening. I'm sorry to scare you. I had no idea you were so timid. That's an unfounded sentiment and highlights your partisanship. If my partisanship amounts to a deep, almost genetic, historically founded suspicion of the President, the Independent Counsel, both parties, their motives, their actions, their financial backers, and their chroniclers in the press, then I plead guilty. String me up. I am a partisan on behalf of little people and the underdog. I can't help it. I even sympathized with that Paula Jones character, even after she got her nose job and became a dupe of the religious right. Those who steadfastly stands by the supposed integrity of the Republicans while alleging that the "Democrats are trying to obstruct justice" (an absurdly bitter and charged comment) should examine their own partisan leanings. I've said on these boards over and over again: prove a cover up about Whitewater, prove Clinton knowingly procured files of his enemies to use in smear campaigns, prove he's guilty of knowingly accepting or soliciting money from a foreign government, then impeach him. But please don't dirty up the nation's political discourse with this obvious witch hunt. The whole Monica investigation was technically flawed from the get-go, especially when it came to gathering of evidence. I'm fairly convinced that this whole thing will eventually backfire disastrously for the Republicans. Thank you, Republicans, for confirming everything we ever feared about you by fixating on a man's lower body.
