ND, they have already filed the S-3 with the SEC. They paid a filing fee of almost $5000, and I'm sure they paid thousands of dollars in legal fees to put it together. This argument is really pointless, you will not be convinced that your position is wrong despite the overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

As I have told you, I am completely clear. It is you who is confused.
