What Doug has done is excellent work. It's was also completely unnecessary. Armed with a few brain cells and a functioning nose, it's amazing what one can sniff out. And this one could have been smelled from afar.

Bombshell Doug! Well done!!! Just as I was about to give up on this thread (not the stock), for being nothing but gossip, rumors and innuendo...along comes Doug with some REAL information. I posted a few weeks ago that SUNR's sudden appearance smelled funny but I was quickly told (by well meaning longs), that all was OK. It just didn't make sense to me. Now it does. I agree that SUNR posters should go over to their thread (where they're dying). As for the expedition, I urge us all, (contributors), to reconsider SUNR's offer, in light of this latest information. Unless someone else can offer REAL information to the contrary. I'm waiting.... Regards, Joe P.S. Douglas, I'd title that post THE FOLKS AT GE STRIKE BACK! and I suppose with good reason. Assuming all that you say is true, and I have no reason to disbelieve any of it, and that you dug it all out yourself, that is truly one amazing post and incredible DD. Personally, I don't care if you hired half dozen private dicks to dig it all up, or if Terry Turner or Ron Knittle handed it all to you on a plate, it appears to be most thorough. < From what I learned from GE Frank Barnes had signed non-compete/non-circumvention and joint venture agreements with Golden Eagle in Bolivia in March 1996> Learned from GE? So Terry was listening to CIMA and took his suggestion to heart. Now since we are getting this info through you, do I assume that GE is paying for John's trip and Terry wants nothing to do with the CIMA FUND? All should note here that the "new" TRIP (Bill, Steve, et al) is on for Oct 12 to 21 and a vast majority of the fund contributors have said go ahead to it - total cost to the FUND $1100 U.S.. Of all the contributors who's $$ are in the bank account, only 3 -Kevin, Probart ($$ sent back) and SSO (sending today) - have asked for their money back. Here in the real world I see what's left of my GE shares sitting at just over .18 today and my token 500 SUNR shares down to under a buck.

From a long suffering GE "long", please accept my heartfelt appreciation for your extensive sleuthing. I am continually amazed at the myriad convolutions of facts, disinformation, distortions, rumours, lies, hyping, slamming, spamming, and just plain-old mass confusion in the field of investing and speculation. Investing or speculating is not fun and never really will be in my opinion. It is a deadly serious business!

I like you, I hope you get a pile of dough out of this, but the motives behind the post, and I don't think they are all your motives, worry me. Remember what you said just a few days ago over on RB? <No emotions Dan. I could give a rats ### about Sun River.> So if you don't give a rats ass about SR, tell us who does? And does so with such a passion. And who has had the time to dig all the dirt out. Note that I agree with you wholeheartedly about a lot of things, the name and identity being one of them.
