The re-pricing of options....Mr. Dillon has already told employees that the options will not be re-priced due to the negative impact on shareholders....unfortunately, the company is not responding the recent weakness in the stock....

According to my sources, Mr. Dillon told employees in an internal memo that "business has never been better" and that wall street will get a clearer picture of Hyperion when earnings are released....

With only 14 more points to go till we hit ground zero, I wouldn't be surprised if the company puts all that cash to work and takes 10% - 20% of its outstanding shares out of the market through a share buy back....short term solution? Maybe, but management needs to calm investors fears and show the market that its shares are heavily undervalued...

God, I hope management is listening!!!

Jtechkid, Thanks for your comments, I think <g>. Of course options have a measure of risk and I am fully aware of it. But I also know that this company has great products and has been taken out and shot with the rest of the ERP software companies. The question becomes where is fair value for this company and how long will it take to settle at that price.

I am betting that it is much higher than $20 and it will be achieved before Feb 99.

Regards,
Bob
