Exactly. I read yesterday about IT dept slowing purchases. They can make that network, PC, Mass storage unit, or software revision last just a little bit longer. So few capacity expansions, or upgrades...

That means: DELL, CSCO, EMC, ORCL...

Keep the bottom line of the company healthy at all costs. Dry up expenses, etc.

Dear Stephen: I think EMC is rather immune from reduction in capital expenditures. In fact, it is my belief that EMC offers companies the opportunity to be more effecient and actually save money. JDN
