Haines also has a position in the oil drillers which he admits all the time. As far as CNBC is concerned, they are actors assigned different roles: Kernan is the stockbroker that makes you wish you bought the winners (Dell) and lament the purchase of the losers.

El ..... your right .... course he's a lawyer, so he probably told'em to get lost !!. Also, he may have it in his retirement fund ... which is probably excluded from any arrangement. Still ...... they do seem quite cheery about it all !!
