Don't assume. Call or email Joe Harary if you see a discrepancy. They will retire the shares they purchased below $6 (take them out of the float so less shares are available) and then when Ailouros exercises the Class B warrants of 65,500 at $8.25 these shares will not dilute and make us tidy sum to boot.

Dixson is right (and wrong). They can retire those shares, and then issue new, different shares. So they did not lie. In fact they just registered those new shares in the S-3. But he is wrong in that if they return the old shares (an accretive action), then the newly issued shares will be dilutive. You are right in that he can't have his cake and eat it too.
