My take is no, we should not anticipate that the new partner will clean up the ledger. We also don't know why Hucom would not (or could not) pay: Was it a customer/installation problem, or simply too big an appetite for Hucom which overestimated the market acceptance and demand for product.

Message on yahoo a few days ago had Netmarks being owned by a large japanese bank. Also said that Netmarks had acquired Hucom (bankruptcy or otherwise?). Slight of hand so that Netmarks gets more ancr product
without having to pay old debt. ancr is kinda desperate so they'll go along.
