ANNUAL REPORT - page 12:

"In January 1998, the company adopted a plan that management believes should generate sufficient additional funds for the Company to continue its operations into 1999. Under this plan, the Company needs to generate approximately $31.5 million to fund its operations in 1998. Included in such amount is approximately $23.3 million in sales of new products and approximately $8.1 million of technology licensing fees and royalties".

WHO ARE THEY KIDDING !!!!!!!!!! ???????????

Also - it is clear that when it comes to compensation in the form of bonuses (look in the notice to shareholders pamphlet), Mr. Parrella and his fellow officers are rewarded almost solely on their ability to find private placement and other funds to keep the lights on at the company. This is what is occupying their time and energy, rather than selling their products.

After more than 6 long years with this company, I think I may be a goner. In this market, where are they going to find the new money (including funding their grand plan of buying all of these other companies)to stay afloat???

I believe I hear the bell tolling. And it tolls for thee, NCTI.
