Can't sell anymore Preferred B if price in below $1. Right?
Well maybe they can but they do not have to.

I appreciate your confirmation that I was right about all the sewer rats coming into the light today. Welcome, Zeev, lord of the rats!

I'm pretty sure that RNTK's float is approximately 38-40M.

The 10Q for 6/30 lists 34.3M shares outstanding

There was $2M of Series A Preferred stock ($10/share) that was issued in fiscal third Q. These were convertible at .85 X (the average closing price of the five prior trading days) If all shares convert here that adds about 2.25M - 2.5M shares to the float.

I think we saw a lot of conversion and selling between 1.2 and 1.

The series A purchasers also have the right during the next 15 months or so, to buy Class B preferred shares at $10/share. These are convertible at the same ratio. I'm just guessing here that this might add another 1-2M to the float.

Estimated Yrly Rev: $1.9M from the June 30 10-Q.

Remember though that the company doesn't have to issue any of the class B convertible if the share price falls below $1.00. (the magic number we hovered over for so long)
