I tried Datek and it took several weeks to effectuate wire transfers in and out of my account. I sat on hold forever and could never really talk to anyone to help me. IMO they are a joke.

I have since been using AB Watley. They ALWAYS answer the phone on the first ring, service is reliable and wire transfers and checks come same or next day.

My only complaint is their software is very cryptic. I have level II, etc. etc. and I am a fairly new trader. When I look at other trading software it looks similar. I think they are using common libraries. Anyway, besides the learning curve, the executions are lightening quick, usually within 4 seconds and the service is great. Be prepared, I think they are expensive.
